Turmeric is a golden-colored magic spice deemed the ultimate superfood for its scientifically proven health benefits.

Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, is the agent that gives this ancient Indian remedy its super spice powers.

Turmeric water is a commonly used and easy way to consume this magic spice.

In addition, there are more enjoyable and satisfying ways to consume turmeric powder; one such way is the Haldi doodh, or what we call the golden milk!

Turmeric milk or golden milk is an excellent way to add turmeric to your daily diet.

But you may ask which way of consuming turmeric is better. Turmeric water or turmeric milk?  The answer is both!
